MARK PRESTON, FOUNDER & CEO 

Mark Preston established predecessor entities to Paragon Organization ® in 2004 to acquire, develop, manage and own a portfolio of properties which now comprises 44,331 square feet of office and residential space. In 2022 Mark established Paragon Organization ® to bring management of the portfolio under one entity, to focus on business expansion and to continue creating real estate value. Mark continues to expand the portfolio and operations to propel the company into the future.

ERICA VANHAERENTS, BUSINESS MANAGER

Erica proactively and immediately responds to all tenant needs and requests. Erica promptly responds to inquiries from bankers, brokers, lenders, property owners, prospective tenants and vendors.  She manages our business office and ensures our operations run efficiently and smoothly.  Erica is integral to our organization.
